Ordered by text, paid online, picked up Saturday morning. Whole thing took four days. The confirmation emails alone were friendlier than most shops are in person.

Only gripe is they are closed when I get off work some days, but they stayed late once so I could pick up my order. Parts quality has been solid across four orders now.

They talked me out of a bike that was wrong for me and into one that fits. Who sells you LESS bike to make you happier? These guys.

Kendon trailer folds up in my garage just like they showed me at the shop. Towed my bagger to Sturgis and back without a hiccup. Best money I spent all year.

Sent them a list of parts for my build. Two of the five they told me I did not actually need and saved me almost four hundred bucks. Who does that anymore?
