Performance Machine Heathen Wheel Package for Harley-Davidson Touring Models

Bought my first Harley here. They spent an hour going over the service records and let me hear it cold start. Never felt rushed once. Six months later, zero surprises.

Neighborhood shop that treats you like neighborhood. Walked in on a Saturday, they remembered my name the second visit. Prices fair, talk straight, work clean.

Third trailer I have owned, first from Motown. Difference is night and day. They showed me the frame welds, the bearings, everything before I paid a cent.

Called with a fitment question on a Saturday and got a real answer from a real mechanic. Part showed up Tuesday and bolted right on.

Packed like it was made of glass and shipped same week. Fitment notes in the listing saved me from ordering the wrong year.

I know nothing about trailers and they never once made me feel dumb for asking questions. Walked me through loading my Sportster twice until I had it down. That kind of patience is rare.

Bought sight unseen over the phone. They sent me a full walkaround video the same afternoon, cold start and all. Bike showed up on a trailer exactly as described. Trust earned.

Four orders in and quality has been solid every time. One order shipped a day late but they texted me before I even noticed.

They told me two parts on my list were ones I did not need and saved me almost four hundred bucks. Customer for life after that.

Photos on the listing were the actual part, not stock images. What I saw is what showed up at my door.

Hard-to-find part I had been hunting for eight months. Fair price, honest condition notes, shipped fast. This shop gets it.

Cross-border pickup and they had every document ready before I even asked. Border took ten minutes. These folks have clearly done this a thousand times.

Walked in with a broken bolt and left with the right part, the right torque spec, and advice that saved my whole weekend.

Drove up from Toledo after watching their listings for a month. Bike was exactly like the photos — actually cleaner in person. No games, no pressure. Paperwork took twenty minutes and I rode it home.

Grading is honest every time. If they say light wear, it is light wear. My whole rebuild runs on their parts.

Ordered by text, paid online, picked up Saturday morning. Whole thing took four days. The confirmation emails alone were friendlier than most shops are in person.

Kendon trailer folds up in my garage just like they showed me at the shop. Towed my bagger to Sturgis and back without a hiccup. Best money I spent all year.
