Black Detachable Tall Boy Sissy Bar Backrest for Harley® Touring '09-'25

Shipped a wheel set to Chicago. Took a day longer than quoted but they texted me updates the whole time without me chasing them. Parts arrived packed like they were made of glass. Would order again.

Neighborhood shop that treats you like neighborhood. Walked in on a Saturday, they remembered my name the second visit. Prices fair, talk straight, work clean.

Traded my old Sportster in. Fair number on the trade, fair number on the new one, done in one visit. No back-and-forth to a manager nonsense.

They talked me out of a bike that was wrong for me and into one that fits. Who sells you LESS bike to make you happier? These guys.

Been buying parts off these guys for two years now. Every single part graded honest — if they say light wear, it is light wear. My whole Softail rebuild is basically Motown parts at this point.

Compression tested it in front of me, pulled the dipstick, showed me the brake pads. Sold me the bike with facts, not talk.

Ordered by text, paid online, picked up Saturday morning. Whole thing took four days. The confirmation emails alone were friendlier than most shops are in person.

Cleaner in person than in the photos, and the photos were already good. Rode it home two hours after walking in.

Bought sight unseen. They shot a full walkaround video the same afternoon, pointed out every scratch honestly. Bike arrived exactly as shown.

Sent them a list of parts for my build. Two of the five they told me I did not actually need and saved me almost four hundred bucks. Who does that anymore?

Kendon trailer folds up in my garage just like they showed me at the shop. Towed my bagger to Sturgis and back without a hiccup. Best money I spent all year.

Put 8,000 miles on it this season. Only thing I have bought is gas and tires. Their inspection is the real deal.

They let me hear it cold start, showed me every service record, and never once rushed me. Six months and 4,000 miles later — zero surprises.

I know nothing about trailers and they never once made me feel dumb for asking questions. Walked me through loading my Sportster twice until I had it down. That kind of patience is rare.

Called about a carb question on a bike I did not even buy from them. Guy spent fifteen minutes talking me through it anyway. Guess where I am buying my next bike from.
