HoldFast Sissy Bar Upright - Standard Height - Gloss Black

Ordered by text, paid online, picked up Saturday morning. Whole thing took four days. The confirmation emails alone were friendlier than most shops are in person.

Walked in with a broken bolt and left with the right part, the right torque spec, and advice that saved my whole weekend.

Third trailer I have owned, first from Motown. Difference is night and day. They showed me the frame welds, the bearings, everything before I paid a cent.

Neighborhood shop that treats you like neighborhood. Walked in on a Saturday, they remembered my name the second visit. Prices fair, talk straight, work clean.

I know nothing about trailers and they never once made me feel dumb for asking questions. Walked me through loading my Sportster twice until I had it down. That kind of patience is rare.

Kendon trailer folds up in my garage just like they showed me at the shop. Towed my bagger to Sturgis and back without a hiccup. Best money I spent all year.

Called with a fitment question on a Saturday and got a real answer from a real mechanic. Part showed up Tuesday and bolted right on.

Drove up from Toledo after watching their listings for a month. Bike was exactly like the photos — actually cleaner in person. No games, no pressure. Paperwork took twenty minutes and I rode it home.

Four orders in and quality has been solid every time. One order shipped a day late but they texted me before I even noticed.

This is the spot. Real riders selling to real riders. They talked me out of a bike that was wrong for my size and into one that fits perfect. That is how you keep customers for life.

Cross-border pickup and they had every document ready before I even asked. Border took ten minutes. These folks have clearly done this a thousand times.

They told me two parts on my list were ones I did not need and saved me almost four hundred bucks. Customer for life after that.

Photos on the listing were the actual part, not stock images. What I saw is what showed up at my door.
