Sent them a list of parts for my build. Two of the five they told me I did not actually need and saved me almost four hundred bucks. Who does that anymore?

Took a few days longer to get the title sorted than quoted, but they called me with updates before I had to ask. Bike itself is flawless.

Cross-border pickup and they had every document ready before I even asked. Border took ten minutes. These folks have clearly done this a thousand times.

Compression tested it in front of me, pulled the dipstick, showed me the brake pads. Sold me the bike with facts, not talk.

Ordered by text, paid online, picked up Saturday morning. Whole thing took four days. The confirmation emails alone were friendlier than most shops are in person.

Only gripe is they are closed when I get off work some days, but they stayed late once so I could pick up my order. Parts quality has been solid across four orders now.

Kendon trailer folds up in my garage just like they showed me at the shop. Towed my bagger to Sturgis and back without a hiccup. Best money I spent all year.

Third trailer I have owned, first from Motown. Difference is night and day. They showed me the frame welds, the bearings, everything before I paid a cent.

Put 8,000 miles on it this season. Only thing I have bought is gas and tires. Their inspection is the real deal.
