Only gripe is they are closed when I get off work some days, but they stayed late once so I could pick up my order. Parts quality has been solid across four orders now.

Took a few days longer to get the title sorted than quoted, but they called me with updates before I had to ask. Bike itself is flawless.

Called about a carb question on a bike I did not even buy from them. Guy spent fifteen minutes talking me through it anyway. Guess where I am buying my next bike from.

Shipped a wheel set to Chicago. Took a day longer than quoted but they texted me updates the whole time without me chasing them. Parts arrived packed like they were made of glass. Would order again.
