Bought sight unseen. They shot a full walkaround video the same afternoon, pointed out every scratch honestly. Bike arrived exactly as shown.

Shipped a wheel set to Chicago. Took a day longer than quoted but they texted me updates the whole time without me chasing them. Parts arrived packed like they were made of glass. Would order again.
